Privacy

Privacy notice for alectores.co.uk.

This privacy notice describes how Alecto Restructuring Ltd processes the limited personal data collected through this website. The firm is the data controller for the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Data collected through this site

The site does not deploy advertising trackers, behavioural analytics, third-party fonts or social-media pixels. No cookies are set for marketing or statistics purposes.

Only the personal data you actively enter into the enquiry form is collected: name, email, company or institution, subject and message. A technical hidden field is used to detect automated submissions and is discarded after that check.

Purpose, basis, and retention

The lawful basis for processing is your consent to the form, and Alecto's legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries.

Data is retained only as long as is reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry and any consequent commercial dialogue. Statutory record-keeping obligations (for example, accounting and AML records) may require longer retention for counterparties that progress to a transaction.

Disclosure and transfers

Personal data is not sold, shared with marketing partners, or transferred outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area for marketing purposes.

A standard transactional email-delivery provider may be used to transmit form submissions to the firm's mailbox. No further onward disclosure is made except where required by law or by a competent regulator.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Requests should be addressed to the contact email on the Contact page.
